Historically the system has been
confusing to many members.
We have made it simpler and are
in the process of trying to
simplify it further so that it

updated, the best advice I can

"take it one step at a time".
The first step is to earn points
and start building a downline.

more points you earn, the more
ASN infinity bonuses you earn. Please see Samples of

Points can always be earned for
free and 100 points always earns
from $100 to $500 and takes
about an hour or so. Please go
to your
resource

What Do Points Mean?
When YOU earn points,
you
qualify for the 6 various and distinct
shared infinity bonus pools i.e.

your downline

ASN reserves the
right to cancel a member site at any time for cause.

ASN is the sole
arbiter of this decision and is subject to review by Bruce Castro.
His decision is finale. No other recourse, either in law or
equity is available.

1.
ONLY
ONE SITE PER MEMBER.
i.e. a member can not "sponsor" themselves. If this occurs, the
additionally "sponsored" site is subject to deletion and forfeiture of
that site's earned points.
2.
NO FRAUDULENT POINT SUBMISSIONS.
Occasionally, an unscrupulous member attempts to get credit for points
and activities that are blatantly and obviously FRAUDULENT
SUBMISSIONS. Such activities deleteriously impact not only the
company, but each share and profit of our thousands of honest hard
working members.
Consequently, any blatant
attempts at fraud subjects that member (at our sole discretion)
to the immediate deletion of their site, loss of their downline and
forfeiture of any and all points and money earned.
ANY SORT OF FRAUD WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
With ASN, earning is simple
and free. Working the system is easier and more
profitable than attempting to steal from it:-)

forwarded confirmation email or

Points earned in month A, but
not registered
until month B, will not be
awarded.
The confirmation must contain
sufficient information to
evaluate the validity of the
submission, including, date and
time, sender and receiver's
email, amount of purchase, if
applicable, etc...
Failure to do so, will result
in points not being awarded.
If points are not registered
into the system, it is
IMPOSSIBLE to
calculate upline or downline
bonuses.
HOW TO REGISTER POINTS?
Simply,
copy and paste the
ENTIRE
forwarded confirmation email or
receipt that you received from
the subject company, of the
trial, quote, product or
service into your "Point
Confirmation"
form that is found here and at the upper
right hand corner of almost all
pages of your
website. Be
certain that it includes
all
pertinent information regarding
the activity, including who sent
the email, the
date of the activity,
company, the entire receipt and payment
information (if applicable),
etc...
In order to award
points, we must be provided enough information to properly analyze dates
and values of the submissions
Doing so, registers
the activity in our databases and
sends you an immediate confirmation
email of the activity.
Please,
keep the confirmation you receive
from the
subject company
for your records.
4.
NO MULTIPLE
SITE MAINTENANCE FEES.
The ASN system is designed so that members can earn for free. Free
quotes or trials that earn you money. Buying what you'd buy
anyway, but earning points and commissions for doing so. Earning
points for the activities of your immediate downline, also for free
see...

etc...
The system was designed to allow
members to earn for free not by buying into higher bonus pools.
We created the option of
site maintenance for auto points (see
How to Earn More Points and
Commissions),
so that members could concentrate on building a downline rather than
taking the time to worry about earning points. However,
recently some members have been purchasing multiple site maintenance
fees in order to buy into the higher infinity bonus pools (Please see
Infinity Bonus Pools),
this is not allowed.
If choosing the auto points system, please
choose the one that works best for your situation and purchase no
others.
Remember, register your points, even those
on auto, EVERY Month!
5.
NO SPAMMING!
ASN has a Zero Tolerance
spam policy. Spamming of any sort including
the spamming of ASN members by ASN members, is grounds for
IMMEDIATE TERMINATION and
deletion of the offending member's website and the immediate loss of any
and all potential monetary benefits.
Additionally, termination for such cause shall result in
the loss of any existing downline and said entire downline shall be
"rolled up" one level into that of the offending member's sponsor.
The ability to communicate amongst members is an
important ingredient in the overall success of all. The
availability of having access to member email addresses is
solely for the purpose
of training and communication amongst members, on ASN related issues.
It is not to be used for inundating uplines and downlines with spam
regarding issues other than ASN...
Abuse of membership email shall be
considered Spam.
This Rule Has Two Specific Policy Rationales
1. ASN is growing at astounding rate. And because
membership is free and the building of down lines occurs so fast and
so easily, some members are attempting to use it as a mode to essentially
create personal "Safe Lists" for pyramid and gifting schemes. The result
is that we are now getting MANY complaints from members
regarding unsolicited emails from both their up line and
downline. This barrage of spam can become a blight on the system
and a huge inconvenience for the members.
For the benefit of
all, this will not be allowed.
2.
Use of
the ASN system to promote businesses, other than ASN, without prior
approval, is prohibited.
Doing so operates as a disservice to the entire ASN membership.
Even a
small proportion of members switching companies, dilutes and cancels out
the already exerted efforts of upline and downline members, potentially
reduces the size of those individual members' active organizations,
potentially, lessening the individual Group Bonuses and reducing the
amount of business volume generated, thus diminishing Group Bonuses and
the infinity bonus pools of all members.
3.
Unwarranted, inaccurate or disparaging comments or activities that
are detrimental to ASN or the businesses of other members.

almost never deleted. However, activities and statements
that damage the integrity of the system and the businesses of our
worldwide ASN members can easily result the loss of their ASN Account.

NO FRAUD ALLOWED
Entering invalid information is considered by our
partners as an attempt to
DEFRAUD
them. It can result in the termination of the
hundreds of valuable relationships that we have
forged with these partners. If this were to
happen, it would be destructive not just to ASN,
but to each and every one of the approximately
200,000 members of the worldwide ASN family. Therefore, any member that
obviously, knowingly
submits invalid information is subject to
IMMEDIATE
TERMINATION
without notice. With ASN, you can always EARN
for FREE, but valid information MUST be provided and
Fraud is simply not tolerated.
Note:
The ASN platform detects and controls fraudulent activity including,
but not limited to, traffic without legitimate intent, fraudulent or
consistent inaccurate entry of required information, etc....
By using ASN's EARNING FOR FREE
methods,
(see
Claim Your Check), you agree to not engage in any
activities that may be reasonably deemed fraudulent by ASN or its
partner companies. In the even of Fraudulent activities ASN and its
advertisers will reverse transactions, withhold all payments, and,
at it's sole discretion, ASN may immediately terminate the ASN
membership of any member that is detected or reasonably suspected of
engaging in fraudulent activity.
REQUIREMENTS TO
KEEP AN ASN WEBSITE
An ASN Money Making Site is always free. The only
requirement is that the site is actually used. To remain in
active status, a website must have some occasional point producing
activity. We are committed to never charging members.
But the reality is that providing hundreds of
thousands of free sites entails a substantial cost to ASN.
In order to assure that we
can always keep ASN free to all members,
we have one simple caveat... any site that earns 0 points for
4 consecutive months
is subject to deletion without notice at the sole discretion of ASN.
However, this option s RARELY implemented.
In the event that a site is deleted,
that site's downline will be "rolled up" into the downline of the
deleted site's immediate sponsor. For example A sponsors B,
who Sponsors C. In the event that B is deleted, C is now
directly under A, and each of C's downline also moves up one level.
Site deletion is used
sparingly but is necessary to insure the continued viability of our
free system.
At ASN we have a dual
responsibility.
1. To provide every possible tool to
build an investment free business.
2. To install policies and procedures
that insure that once you have developed a business, it is not
threatened or diminished by the actions or inactions of other members.

It's
a fact that most "opportunities" on the
internet are little other than scams
that don't work and are created to
separate you from your hard earned
money.
But most scams have, at least, two
things in common.

First-
Earning
Requires investment.
With ASN, it never does

Second-
Scams usually have no actual tangible
product or service.
They are simply variants of the idea of
you pay us $50 and that gives you the
right to charge others $50 and you get
to keep half, and then they have the
right to sell it and, etc...
Any
company that does not have
at it's core,
reasonably prices, tangible, real
products or services that the public
wants and needs
is a failure
waiting to happen.
Maybe not a failure for the owners, but
certainly, a failure for the members.

When the company folds, the owners do
just fine. They close up shop,
they keep your money.
The members are left in the cold and the
company reopens under a new name with a
slight variation of the system that
already took everyone's money... then they do it all over
again!
What's even
worse is that they open with the list of
prior members in hand; sell them the
"new" system... and the people don't
even know they are working with the same
people that scammed them in the first
place!
ASN COULD NOT BE MORE
DIFFERENT...

not earn

Downloading
a free

instead of
actually
getting the
free quote,
trial or
service that
is being
offered by
the banner,
earns no
points.

What's the Catch?

There, truly, is
no Catch.
Unlike virtually
every company out there, that regardless of the rhetoric... when boiled down to
their basics, amount to... "give us money for the opportunity to ask others to
give us money and you get a piece of it"... Or "Give us money and we'll show you
how to make money." etc...
We do neither.
We don't make money by persuading you to give it to us.
We only make money when

What is the Minimum Payout? And Are Non Payments Rolled Over to the Next
Month?
The minimum payment is $20.00. All monies
earned that fail to meet that month's payment threshold is rolled over to the
next month.
Rolled over payments accumulate until the $20
threshold is reached, at which time said payment will be sent during that pay
cycle.
There is no time limit, within which, you must meet

The system
is confusing to many members. We are
trying to simplify it so that it is more
understandable. But until the site has
been updated, the best advice I can ever
give is "take it one step at a time".
But fundamentally it's as easy as:

get an
insurance quote and you earned points
that earned money.

Get a free credit
report, you earned more points and more
money,
-
apply for a $100,000 year job,
you earn another point and more money...
Then when you Share this free
opportunity and they start earning
points and erning money, you earn
overrides on all they do... even the

How Do You
Know How Much a Purchase or Sale is Worth?
1. Corporate Affiliates.-- Above the banner or link to each affiliate
partner you
will see either a single number (ranging from 1 to 40), or a combination such as
2-25. In some cases you will see a combination of Both. Here's
what these numbers mean.
a.
If you see the solitary numeral such as 1, 5, 20, etc... this designates
that if you Purchase this product or service, or even just sign up for a
trial subscription of that product or service, or receive a FREE Quote (assuming that is what the link
offers), you accumulate that number of points.
b.
If you see a combination of digits such as 1-25, 1-8, 8-35, etc...
This means that you accumulate that number of points per
retail
dollars
spent i.e.
1-25 means that you earn 1pt for each increment of $25 retail
spent. i.e. $25 to $49 retail= 1pt, but $50 retail = 2pts.
1-8 means that you earn 1pt for each increment of $8 retail
spent. i.e. $5 = 0 pts, $8 to $15 retail= 1pt, but $16 retail =
2pts.
8-35 means that you earn 8pts for each increment of $35 retail
spent. i.e. $25 = 0 pts. $35 = 8 points, $75= 16points.
c. If there is
a single number AND a combination of 2 numbers i.e.
1 1-8 this means that if there's a
free promotion, you earn
1pt for trying it, but if you make a purchase, you earn 1 point per $8
retail.
Note: Only Corporate Affiliate Activities
accumulate points for free services such as Inquiries or Quotes.
ASN specific products or services do not i.e. applications in which the
service was not actually ordered-- home loans, credit repair,
loan negotiation, bankruptcy, etc.... do not generate points for
the application.
For example...

If you apply at the affiliate "lending
tree", you accumulate points whether a loan ever closes or not
but earn
no commission upon closing of the loan.

no points earned for just applying. However, if a loan closes that

The following details the current state of affairs, but we recently
had a meeting with our techs and we think that we've discovered a
way to get around the issues that we outline below but it will be
several months before it can be implemented.

The only company that
does not atomically track to you is amazon and even that is only because they do
not make tracking available in their system. But even then, our
"confirmation links" solve this issue. (discussed in detail below).
So, you always get credit for what happens on your site, but back office
real time tracking is very problematic.
HOW MANY POINTS?
You actually know
your personal point totals, those in each level of your downline and
how much you have earned about the same time we do :-) As soon
as each partner's monthly final data regarding payments, reversals, cancellations, etc. is received and analyzed payments are sent.
However, when that can be accomplished is dependent on the timing of
our partners completing their part, i.e. Walmart, Amazon,
Target, etc...
Only then is it possible for us to
aggregate the reams of data from hundreds of partners
for final analysis and:

Make a final determination of
TOTAL POINTS generated from Valid vs. Invalid activities;

Complete calculations to determine how much income is to be allotted
to each of the seven ASN profit sharing pools;

Calculate to determine the NUMBER of members who have
qualified for each Profit Sharing pool,

Then which individual members qualified for
each pool.
Only then can we proceed to
determining the
Group Bonuses,
Group Bonus Factoring,

on their site's performance and the points earned from EACH of their

The moment
that's completed, all qualifying payments are made and each member

detailed itemization of your personal points, start up and mentor

Real Time Tracking?
Unfortunately, unlike companies that only have one or two products,
all housed within the same server, wherein, integration is a snap and
makes the tracking of EVERYTHING simple...
ASN deals with over 500
partner companies with well over 1,000,000 products with a separate and distinct
server for each company. Consequently, the kind of
communication between servers and integration that allows for
commission and instantaneous activity viewing is virtually
impossible.
Unfortunately,
due to the above mentioned server communication issues, it is not possible to know, until
at least the end
of the month
after points were earned, where the points and commissions are at. We do many
things that allow you to know and track, most of what is happening, but the fact
that we work with hundreds of separate companies and literally
millions of products prevents complete integration and real time reports.

First and foremost, keep
track of your personal activities. At the top and to the
right of most pages of your site is a "Point
Confirmation" link. After you've made a purchase or
received a quote or trial, etc... just click on it and
paste the email confirmation or receipt you received into the
form and and hit submit. This then automatically sends
you a confirmation of your activity, sends it into our
internal data bases for tracking and then takes you to a
page that gives you your Gas, Grocery, and Vacation
Certificates.

Conformation
for Site Visitors- Each of your pages also has a
Point confirmation link for your
visitors. To qualify for the manyu gifts we
provide, i.e. Vacations, Mp4s, etc... your visitors click
on it and complete only 2 boxes and
hit submit. This then
automatically sends you a confirmation of the purchase,
sale or quote submission, sends it into
our internal data bases for tracking and then, takes your
visitor to a page that gives provides their gifts.

All of our
services, loans, mortgage reduction, wills, bankruptcies, etc...
have within the forms codes that automatically code to you.
And like the submission links, when they are completed, you are
immediately notified that it was competed.
The above goes a
long way towards letting you know what is happening within your
organization. But the nature of
our system makes total integration and instantaneous tracking
impossible.
That's why we have the Point
confirmations links. If there is activity from your site, YOU are notified
via email, so you can see what is happening with your site. You'll always
have an idea what is happening, but because the entries ultimately have to be
verified as accurate, duplicates removed, spam eliminated, if we had an online
viewer for our members...
it Could NEVER be accurate
and that could actually lead to more problems than anything else.
Consequently, we tackle this process only once and at the end of the month.
We know that
the feeling of flying substantially blind is not optimal.
But again, although, not via your back office, you are notified
of your site's activities via email. The unique
opportunity that we have also creates unique obstacles that are
not easily overcome.
Unfortunately, the complexity
of this system that guarantees that you earn without investment, allows you to
earn from EVERYTHING, it also creates great
technological obstacles. We were faced with a choice; provide a
system with less opportunity, but real time tracking—or unequaled opportunity
but only end of month tracking.

Site Maintenance Options- Located
at the Earn more point and commissions page.
In the event that a member's site
has not accumulated points sufficient for the Fast Start and Eagle Bonus, they
may opt for the Site Maintenance Option. (This is often utilized by Non-US
members). It accomplishes the following.

Earns 15 points so that you automatically qualify for Group
Bonuses through all levels, so that you earn on every purchase, sale, or Site
Maintenance fee in your organization through a full 10 levels, plus...

Makes you "Qualified" so that you
earn Group Bonuses PLUS, share in
any of the 6 Infinity Funds for which you qualify.

Also, qualifies you so that "points"

How am I Paid?

We pay Infinity
and group bonuses on or about the last of each month.
via Pay pal.
Note: when sending verifications of purchases or accumulated affiliate points,
please use the email address to which you want your Paypal payments sent.
Group Bonuses--
On or about the 29th of each month we pay Group Bonuses for Business Generated by
your Down Line Group in the previous month. i.e. You are paid around the 29th of
March for Purchases and Sales made in February.
Infinity
Bonuses--On or about the 28th of each month, you are paid The Infinity
Bonuses i.e. Fast Start, Eagle, Bronze, etc for the prior month's business
activity i.e. You are paid on the 28th of November for Business Generated in the
month of October.
Sales
Commissions-- You are paid on about Wednesday for sales made in the previous
week, up to and including Sunday i.e. a sale is made or loan closes on Friday,
you will be paid the following Wednesday. A sale or Loan Closes on Monday,
you will be paid 2 Wednesdays, hence.

NOTE:
With our system,
it is impossible to calculate your income earned until the month has ended.
This is due to the fact that the nature of the infinity funds, being shared
funds, can vary greatly from day to day. One day, your share may be $500
from a particular fund/bonus. The next day it could be less.
Following is an
example, wherein we use easily calculable figures for ease of explanation...
(The following figures
are purely hypothetical and not meant to predict any particular income that you
may earn)
Lets say that on
the 15th of a particular month, the Eagle Bonus contained a total of $5,000
dollars for equal distribution to the qualifying members. Let us also
assume that there were 10 people who qualified. That would mean that on
that date your share was 1 tenth of $5,000 for a total of $500. If in the
following 2 weeks the number of qualifying people increased to 25, but the fund
amount had only increased to $7,500, that would mean that by the end of the
month your share would have ended up being 1/25 of $7,500 for a total of $300.
Not only is constantly determining
the amounts of these hugely fluctuating commissions extremely difficult but in
many ways counter productive and even destructive.
For example, lets say that according
to the point submissions, the back office stated that on a particular date, a
member is owed, $300. He goes out and writes a check... "knowing" that he
has a substantial check coming soon. Then when all submissions are totaled
and screened for duplicates and potentially fabricated entries, he receives a
check for $50 and has 4 checks bounce in succession and accumulates $100 in
Overdraft Fees.
Due to these and other possible
scenarios, we have
come to the conclusion that the posting of figures that are by their
very nature effectively meaningless, unreliable and potentially deceptive will
not be done due to the substantial possibility of counter productive results for all concerned.
We now have a system in place that
when orders are made and registered from a member's site that they are notified
by email, so all members have a general idea of what is happening with there
site. But that email always contains the caveat that points are not
totaled and analyzed for authenticity and accuracy until the end of the month.

in point. One member emailed his down line promoting other businesses that
could potentially undermine the efforts and organization of his sponsor and up
line, by siphoning away some of their organization. It also potentially
undermines some of his own down line members by possibly siphoning away and
reducing the size of his sponsored distributor's organizations.
Effectively, a
betrayal of his up line AND his down line.
The
above type of spamming and use of the system in a manner that undermines the
organizations and hard work of our many members is grounds for immediate
deletion of the offender's website -- without notice.

Over half of the Corporate Affiliate links don't work-- Why?

Based on previous experience it's probable, although, not a
certainty that everyone else sees it fine, but it has to do with your
computer settings...
Usually what is happening, is that since our corporate
affiliates need to be able to able to set cookies in order to track
purchases and thus pay the network-- with higher
security settings on your computer or the use of certain types of
browsers, the cookies and connection
don'tproperly work.
One cause, Mozilla is a version of Firefox. That type of browser
sometimes
doesn't read
the types of links necessary for our many corporate affiliates. So
if you are using Firefox/Mozilla, you may not be able to view the links
so you will get a 404 or can't find URL error. Even though, you
can't see them, everyone else can. Also...
Read this letter directly from a Member--

Most computers are set by default to medium security. Consequently,
even if they don't work for you, they work for most others.
Another possibility-- Do you by some chance have Kaaza or
other such program on your computer. Believe it or
not, sometimes, those programs interfere with a computer's ability to
follow some corporate affiliate links. I know
this because it didn't just happen to others, it happened to me!
Another Possibility from a member
with a similar problem--
I finally figured it out. It was my Zone
Alarm firewall.
When I diable it everything works fine.
I set Zone Alarm up to show thead when I put
my mouse over it but for some reason it doesn't work.
Since I have cable internet, I don't like
being on the internet without a firewall running.
I will try to contact Zone Alarm and see if
they have suggestions.
One person who had a similar problem re-inserted his
windows disk and hit repair. Afterwards everything was accessible.
Why is it each time I try to open the web site I get the message NO
RESULT?

There is
a difference between putting a url into an address bar-
like in windows and putting it into a search bar.
In the
address bar, it simply takes you directly to the URL—click the link
below and it should take you there.
Perfect
example is the fact that this precise question came from a member who
couldn't get to his site. When I put his URL into the Yahoo Search
Bar, it was no where to be found. When I placed into the ADDRESS
Bar, it popped right up!
In a
"search" bar, the engine, yahoo, Google, msn, looks only through their
indexes if sites that have already been indexed by them. If it has not
been indexed yet, it will show no results. It can take from a few days,
to a few months for a site to get indexed.

Why isn't the
tracking automated, so that it will
recognize the person's site itself when one makes a purchase
through it? The process
of having an automated relationship between a purchase or sale
directly to the member is not a simple one. It requires rather
complicated scripting. But of course, in general, it is
incumbent on the company to do so, as a cost of doing business.
We have in fact done so for most of our services,
i.e. Loans, bankruptcy, credit repair, etc...

We realize that most
network type companies do that for all of their
products. But then again, most have 1 product, or 2, or maybe 5
or 10... If that's all that the All Solutions Network offered,
it would in fact be entirely automated....

But between our
services, Huge Merchandise line, Vitamin line of over 5,000
supplements, We have well over 8,000 items that
would require individual scripting. Not only, would
the automation cost in excess of $250,000 dollars.
By the time it
was completed, the prices, and availability would have changed
and we'd get to do it all over again.
We
basically, have two options, automate everything, but
limit ourselves, as other companies do to only a couple of products
(and that obviously would limit your income and opportunity)-- or
provide
everything and require the manual inclusion of the member's ID. We
chose the latter. It makes you more money and creates a more
viable opportunity.

If a stranger /
visitor makes a purchase from my site, he has no tracking # etc.
of mine then why wouldn't I get credit for his purchase, despite

The nature of our site is such that over

tracked to an existing member. When someone comes to your

Actually, you are paid once per month for your Group Bonuses.

How do we know how much
the Infinity Fund shares are worth at any given time?
Due the fact that the value of
shares can vary depending on how many have qualified for each fund, i.e. If one
