Welcome to All Solutions Network. The following Terms of Service ("TOS") contain the terms and conditions that govern your use of your Web Site and All Solutions Network Services.

These TOS describe your rights and responsibilities and what you can expect from the All Solutions Network If you do not read, understand, and agree to all of the TOS, you may not use the Web Site.  Use of this website thereby, constitutes agreement of TOS.

All Solutions Network reserves the right to add to, delete, or change these TOS because of frequent changes in Internet technology and applicable law. As such, you should check these TOS from time to time for such changes. Use of the All Solutions Network assumes that you accept these terms.

We understand you may be NEW, so we are breaking this down to be as easy as possible to understand.     What we do.  All Solutions Network gives to the public a huge amount of free information and assistance on a wide variety of important issues.  We also supply a vast array needed and affordable products and services. We then allow the user (YOU) to earn bonuses and commissions through a combination of the sale these merchandise, vitamins, services, etc... and through the marketing and completion of advertiser-sponsored offers.  The user site is free and there is never an investment required to earn said bonuses.

All Solutions Network Service

        Breach of these terms can result in account closure and forfeiture of all credits subject to forfeiture.  Users whose accounts have been closed due to TOS violations  are forbidden from creating a new account.

       Users are responsible for securing their All Solutions Network account information. Accounts found or reported to be compromised will be immediately locked. All Solutions Network is not responsible for losses incurred due to compromised accounts.

RULES- Failure to comply with these rules can result in an account being placed on hold or permanently deleted.

• ASN reserves the right to cancel any member site at any time for cause. What constitutes cause is expained below.

• ASN is the sole arbiter of this decision but shall not be made arbitrarily and is subject to review and reinstatement by ASN Owner, Bruce Castro.  His decision is finale.  No other recourse, either in law or equity is available.

Unwarranted, inaccurate or disparaging comments or activities that are detrimental to ASN or the businesses of other members can result in Member Cancellation.

We all know that misunderstandings can happen; mistakes can and will be made by us and members. We are all human. If there is a perceived problem contact us at asnservices@allsolutionsnetwork.ORG. Let us know what the issue is so that we can work together and resolve it. 

      The fact is that 99% of all complaints or issues are the result of a member's misunderstanding of the system.  Give us the opportunity to clear up any confusion or if the mistake is ours, let us solve it before possibly spreading inaccurate and damaging information or statements that can ultimately effect not only your business but those of your fellow members. 

Realize, other than by request, member sites are almost never deleted.  However, repeated activities or statements that damage the reputation of the system and the businesses of our hundreds of thousands of worldwide ASN members will result the loss of their ASN Account.  Remember, if a member has a problem... contact us first!

Offers / Offer Credits/ Payments
Although the vast majority of activities are approved by our partner affiliates, There is NO guarantee of approval or credit. 

     Occasionally, a member requests a quote, trial or purchase that cannot be credited to the ASN system by that partner company.  Usually, this is a result of that company's internal fraud prevention functions that are used to detect violations or insufficiencies ranging from, incomplete forms,  insufficient information, not originated from ASN site, invalid phone numbers, repeated quote, wrong country, improperly set browser (cookies not enabled), etc...

is registered by a member (not required but suggested)  (How and Why to Register)      NON approved activities are  Their decision to deny credit is final and in credit for that offer or quote being denied.

Help Us Get You Paid

Although, not required, we suggest that member activities are "Registered".   (How and Why to Register)

Said partner companies rarely inform ASN of invalid actions., They simple do not credit it within their ASN data sets.  Unless the member registers the action to us, even if it should have been valid, without sufficient information, we have no way to CHALLENGE it with the partner.   That's one of the reasons we suggest samples, trials, purchase, etc, are registered. 

If are provided sufficient information of a specific submission that a member can show is valid, we can and will contact the partner to get your credit. 

    It is THE ASN member's responsibility to make sure the activity is complete, accurate and comports with all requirements.  In any event, the ultimate decision by the subject company to deny credit is FINAL and non-appealable.  However, in the event it is determined that a specific partner is willfully denying credit for activities that should be payable, said company will be stricken from the ASN system.

Credit and payments to members by ASN:

Credit for site activities, free trials, quotes, samples, purchases and sales, etc; are calculated and dependent upon the income received from the particular company from which the sale, quote or trial was received. 

In the event a partner company is delinquent in making said payments or refuses to pay, said delinquent payments will be credited to members for the pay cycle, in which, the non, paying company ACTUALLY SUBMITS said payment to ASN.  Although, this type of failure to pay by partners is a rare occurrence, ASN can not guarantee payment for any particular activity or accumulation of activities in the event the respective merchant or merchants fail to pay.

    However, if legally and economically feasible, at it's sole discretion, ASN may pursue legal action on behalf of ASN and it's members.  Said recovery, if any, will be used to replace or replenish any ASN payment that said company's breach may have caused.  In the event that the respective merchant(s) do not ultimately remit said payment, whether voluntarily or by force of law, neither ASN, its employees, owners or agents are in any way responsible or liable for said non payment or consequential damages of any kind that may be caused, thereby.  

       All Solutions Network is not responsible for requirements or terms of advertisers presented on this site. Please review all advertiser policies and terms before completing an offer or trial. All Solutions Network is not responsible for any contracts or charges incurred by its users while completing advertised offers.

·     Offer credits are subject to partner verification of the actual completed requirements and are subject to reversal for a number of reasons, including but not limited to, duplicate completions, fraudulent information, under age, early cancellation, or non-payment from advertisers/publishers.

NOTE: Additional information may be requested from you to verify and approve your account, such as a scanned copy of your drivers license and a bill or parcel of some sort.  This is VERY rare. If you are placed on hold, please contact our support staff. Holds are rare and can usually  be quickly lifted with additional information from you.  The placement of a hold does not mean you will stay on hold and it has NO effect on your payment status.  ALL documents requested will need to be sent in order to remove a hold or verify your account (if requested). All sensitive information such as important account numbers, social security numbers, etc, can be blocked. We are only interested in identification and address verification and the information will only be used for that purpose. This information can be required to verify information entered on this network and is for the sole purpose of the prevention of fraud.

             You must be 18 years of age to be a member of All Solutions Network

        Each user must have their own separate payment account.  All financial bonuses are sent ELECTRONICALLY.  i.e. usually pay pal. Members CANNOT share a payment account with another user. 

        Do NOT use or provide false information. Users must create their own account. Users are not allowed, under any circumstances, to register or participate on behalf of anyone other than themselves. Enter your true and correct information - bogus birth dates will result in a hold on your account.

Share ONLY ASN Links and Banners.

No member is may copy and place any affiliate partner link onto any other site.  Such links will not resolve and on the rare occasions that they do, they cannot link to the member's account .  That makes it impossible for credit to be awared.

       Unless it is normal and expected for the industry i.e. car quotes, Do NOT complete the same offer twice within any 60 da period.  Partner companies may consider it fraud.  Such activity subjects any user to immediate cancellation of their account, without notice.

       Only ONE account per person, per IP address. No exceptions!

       Do NOT apply for offers and quotes from other users accounts. This can result in IP address matches, and result of credit for the activity not being given by the subject company.  The decision by the subject company to deny credit is FINAL and non appealable  DO NOT submit the same trial or quote.  DO NOT submit the same submission into multiple member accounts.  Doing so WILL result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any commissions earned.

NO FRAUD ALLOWED!

We have a very strong and strictly policy of fraud prevention.  The determination of Fraud is usually the result of an activity being from...  WRONG COUNTRY; INVALID contact information; or REPEATED Quotes from same company. 

Users may NOT complete a free point earning offer more than one time in a 60 day period. Multiple offer completions of the same offer  is, considered by our partners as an attempt to DEFRAUD them... doing so will result in account closure and forfeiture of bonuses. If informed that a user has completed the same offer elsewhere, by our publishers or partners, this will result in immediate account termination!

Entering Wrong Country applications, invalid information or repeated quotes, is, considered by our partners as an attempt to DEFRAUD them.  These types of activities can result in the termination of the hundreds of valuable relationships that we have forged with these partners.  If this were to happen, it would be destructive not just to ASN, but to each and every one of our members.   Therefore, any member that engages in these activities is subject to IMMEDIATE TERMINATION without notice.  Fraud simply will not tolerated.

Each user or site visitor must complete his or her own offer requirements. Users may not use another persons name or address when completing offers.

    Crediting time varies for each offer completion.

For Example:  Walmart and Amazon wait 30 to 60 days before crediting purchases. All Solutions Network is not liable for credit delays or credit failures. Users may not always receive credit for completions due to circumstances beyond our control. Credits may be refused as the result of, but not limited to, the following situations: fraudulent sign-up information, failure to meet requirements, inaccurate credit card information, cancellation or duplicate offer completions.

    The All Solutions Network does not have access to any information submitted to or used by the advertisers of completed trials, purchases or quotes.  (This is due to their own privacy and security protocols).  If you have any questions regarding the quality or content of their services or products, you must directly contact them.  We have absolutely no direct information on their product or service fulfillment.  

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
Federal Law requires that the All Solutions Network collect W9/W8 forms when a user exceeds $600 or more in gifts, bonuses, rewards, or other compensation.  In the event, when requested, a user fails to provide a completed W9/W8 form that user will forfeit all future bonuses and other compensation.

Product Fulfillment

        All orders are subject to approval based on, but not limited to, the following requirements: correct/valid account information, phone verification (if requested), offer and referral requirements have been met, and user does not have more than one account.

       Users must be sure to provide correct contact and shipping information to All Solutions Network or their partners in order to receive any earned or ordered products or services.  All Solutions Network is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

       All financial bonuses are sent electronically  i.e. paypal, etc... It is a MEMBER'S responsibility to ensure correct email address is entered into their account. We are NOT responsible for payments sent to the wrong email due to a failure to enter the correct one. Always DOUBLE check your email.

Your Registration Obligations
Account registration is required in order to create a All Solutions Network ID. During registration, all users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information about themselves in all required fields. Should any of your own information change after submitting it to All Solutions Network, you are hereby required to update that information as soon as possible. Should All Solutions Network suspect that your personal information is not complete, current, or accurate, your account may be subject to suspension or termination. All Solutions Network is not intended for children under the age of 18.

       By registering an account on All Solutions Network sites, you agree to receive occasional emails from us regarding new programs, marketing methods and other beneficial and important information.  You may opt-out of these occasional emails AT ANY TIME by clicking on the opt-out link which is located at the bottom of these emails.  You will be removed immediately from receiving any further emails the All Solutions Network.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold AllSolutionsNetwork.com and its owners, employees and other partners, harmless from any alleged damage, loss, or expense, including without limitation, attorneys' fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of your content, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another, whether you are a registered user or not. The user is solely responsible for his or her actions when using the Service, including, but not limited to, costs incurred for Internet access, marketing and offer or trial completion.

Member Conduct
You understand that maintenance of all personal information (referral link(s), contact information, etc...) is your sole responsibility. All Solutions Network is not responsible for lost referrals or sales due to the use of incorrect referral links. Please double check your links before undertaking marketing efforts.

Spamming is not permitted nor tolerated in any form. All reports of spamming will be investigated and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all forms of bonuses.

Termination
All Solutions Network may suspend or terminate your use of the Web Site or All Solutions Network Services if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion, that you have breached a term of these TOS.

       These Terms Of Service will survive indefinitely unless and until All SolutionsNetwork.com chooses to terminate or modify them.

Disclaimers and Exclusions
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES - ALL SOLUTIONS NETWORK PROVIDES THE WEB SITE AND ALL SOLUTIONS NETWORK SERVICES ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ALL SOLUTIONS NETWORK DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE WEB SITE, ALL SOLUTIONS NETWORK SERVICES OR ITS USE: (i) WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, (ii) WILL BE FREE OF INACCURACIES OR ERRORS, (iii) WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR (iv) WILL OPERATE IN THE CONFIGURATION OR WITH THE HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE YOU USE. ALL SOLUTIONS NETWORK MAKES NO WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE MADE EXPRESSLY IN THESE TOS, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

     EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES - ALL SOLUTIONS NETWORK WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE OR SPECIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES RELATING TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR LOSS OF GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF, RELATING TO OR CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THE All Solutions Network SERVICE, BASED ON ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

All Solutions Network may at any time revise these Terms of Service by updating this posting. By using this Service, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then-current Terms of Service to which you are bound.

REFUNDS

On any purchase made by you or any ASN visitor to your site of the many products or services provided, the following terms apply.

If said item is an ASN fulfilled product or service i.e. hosting, taxes, pdf manuals, etc...if that item is not as described or fails to accomplish it's stated purpose, the purchaser is entitled to a full and immediate refund within 30 days of the purchase.

Partner purchases, trials and quotes

If, said purchase or trial was made from one of our hundreds of affiliate companies that we are partnered with i.e. Amazon, WalMart, etc... the purchaser/customer agrees to be bound by the specific terms of use and refund policies of that particular company and will hold ASN, its owners and employees harmless.

You, further agree that All Solutions Network will not be held responsible for the requirements, terms, actions or inactions of the advertisers presented on this site. Please review all advertiser policies and terms before completing any offer, trial or purchase. All Solutions Network is not responsible for any contracts or charges incurred by its users while completing advertised offers.

Note: ASN endeavors to partner with and continue relationships with only the most reputable of companies i.e. Companies of the highest integrity and best reputation. 

In furtherance of this goal, if we find that any company is not providing what was promised or violating its own policies, it will be purged from the the ASN network.  However, the fact that a company has had complaints lodged against it, is not sufficient for reason for purging.  Every online business gets complaints. 

In today's day and age, the sullying a reputation could not be easier.  If you were to look for complaints against companies you already know and trust, you would find thousands!  i.e. search "complaints against walmart or verizon".  Even we have been the subject of complaints.  Mostly from repeated submissions to multiple sites by disgruntled, fired employees... one was even from my wife's ex husband from a 13 year old divorce!  Others, were, in fact, legitimate and immediately rectified.  Unfortunately, complaints are a part of the internet and even if years old, they remain. 

The point is that we work hard to have only the most trustworthy companies in the network and look to various factors in determining who should and should not be allowed to work with us.  The existence of an online complaints is not sufficient reason to purge a company.
